We were delighted to welcome our MP Nicky Morgan into school on Friday 12th December.
Our School Council team gave Nicky a very thorough tour of LCEPS and Nicky even went into the classrooms to see what the children were up to!
Nicky overheard our Year 4's practicing their Christmas Carols and even watched our Hand bell group perform!
After the tour our School Councillors shared lunch with Nicky and asked her some questions about her role as MP  & Secretary of State for Education. Nicky asked our councillors about their London trip and was amazed about how much information they had retained from their visit!
We think Nicky enjoyed her visit to LCEPS and we hope to welcome her back in the future!
