Welcome to the LCEPS Maths page.

We hope that the information and resources on this page will help to give you an insight into the maths that goes on in school.  There is some general information about the way maths is taught as well as practical ideas and information about ways in which you can support your children at home.

Here at LCEPS we use the White Rose Maths materials to support our teaching and learning across all year groups.

Each class (Y1-6) has a daily maths lesson where specific knowledge and skills are taught but we use maths in a variety of ways in other lessons and through 'Flashback Maths' sessions where we revisit areas of maths that have been taught previously in different contexts.
